Returns

We understand that returning items can be a pain, and so we want to make it easy on YOU so we can do more together. In the spirit of this, you can return your items for any reason (whether that be because it’s the wrong size, colour, or simply just not what you expected) and get a full refund on the price of the item.

The items must be unworn, except to try on (excludes masks and underwear which must be completely unworn for hygiene reasons). If the item is damaged or faulty when it arrives we’ll cover the cost of the shipping but for any other reason you will be required to pay the cost of the return shipping. Please ensure the item is sent back in its original packaging.

When Can I Return?

We have 30 day money back guarantee! Let us know within 15 days of receiving an item and ship it off within the next 15 days to ensure your return is successful. Your refund will then be processed as soon as possible. For more information on this, check our Terms and Conditions page

How Can I Return?

We don’t include returns labels with our clothing shipments because we don’t want to print out thousands of labels when the majority of them won’t be used, it’s simply a waste of paper and it causes pointless harm to our environment. If you want to return your item, then follow this link to print out your Royal Mail 48 Tracked Returns label.

Can I Exchange?

Yes! Get in contact with us via email at help@youbamboo.com where our team will assist you in exchanging your current product for another one on our website! The item must be of the same price or lower than the one you have already purchased.
